This operation management device makes it possible to more accurately grasp, in a location remote from self-propelled mining equipment operating at a work site, the state of the mining equipment. A signal from a sensor is transmitted to a management center (30) that manages a dump truck (2), and device operation state detection data and alarm activation display data of an alarm generated from said device operation state detection data can be displayed on a display (33) on the basis of processing in a signal processing means (32). In a state in which the alarm activation display data is displayed, this operation management device displays on the same screen, as related information recorded in a database (39), together with or in lieu of the device operation state detection data, records relating to each maintenance performed and a graph of similar device operation state detection data of other dump trucks (2) operating at the same site.
