Abstract:
Provided is a plant facility operation and management system for determining the state of operation of the plant facility by converting knowledge pertaining to off-odors, which until now has been tacit knowledge of individual operators, into explicit knowledge. This operation and management system is characterized by having: a five-senses-equipped sensor information acquisition means for acquiring five-senses-equipped sensor information which is measured by a five-senses-equipped sensor installed in a plant facility; a sensation information acquisition means for acquiring sensation information confirmed by an operator in the field; a sensation information/sensor information integration means for integrating the five-senses-equipped sensor information acquired by the five-senses-equipped sensor information acquisition means and the sensation information acquired by the sensation information acquisition means; a plant information acquisition means for acquiring plant information about the state of operation of the plant facility; a plant normal/abnormal determination means for determining whether or not the state of operation of the plant facility is normal or abnormal on the basis of the plant information; and a sensation information/plant information integration means for integrating the integrated five-senses information and sensation information with the plant information which includes the determination results.
