Abstract:
A purpose of the present invention is to provide an OCT-based system for diagnosing a high-risk lesion such as a vulnerable atheromatous plaque by using an artificial intelligence model through deep learning. The deep learning-based diagnosis method for diagnosing a high-risk lesion of the coronary artery according to the present invention comprises acquiring an optical coherence tomography (OCT) images of lesions in the coronary artery of a patient, extracting a first feature for a thin cap from the OCT image, establishing a region of interest contained in the OCT image on the basis of the first feature, and determining whether the region of interest includes a high-risk lesion.
