Title:
OPTICAL COMPUTATION SYSTEM
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2022/130690
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention implements an optical computation system capable of performing computations on a plurality of signals different from each other optically and in parallel using a single optical diffraction element. An optical computation system (10A) is provided with an optical diffraction element (1) composed of a plurality of cells (microcells A) having thicknesses or refractive indexes set independently of each other. To the respective cells (microcells A) of the optical diffraction element (1), a plurality of signal light beams having different phases, which have been modulated by signals (S1, S2, …, Sn) different from each other are inputted.
