Abstract:
An optical connector comprising a plurality of ferrules (21), a spring push (3), a plurality of springs (25), a tubular housing (4), a plurality of first holding portions (242), and a plurality of second holding portions (33). The plurality of ferrules (21) each have a fiber hole (212). The plurality of springs (25) are respectively arranged on the back side of the plurality of ferrules (21). The spring push (3) is arranged with the plurality of springs (25) sandwiched between the spring push (3) and the plurality of ferrules (21). The housing (4) accommodates the plurality of ferrules (21), the plurality of springs (25), and the spring push (3), and holds the plurality of ferrules (21) and the spring push (3) in a movable manner in the longitudinal direction of the fiber hole (212). The plurality of first holding portions (242) are provided on the back end side of the plurality of ferrules (21), and individually hold front end portions of the plurality of springs (25). The plurality of second holding portions (33) are provided on the front end side of the spring push (3), and individually hold back end portions of the plurality of springs (25).
