Abstract:

The invention relates to an optical device for determining at least one dimensional characteristic of a drop of liquid applied to a surface (3) of a body (4) to be analysed, said optical device comprising a camera (8) defining an observation axis (82) that is perpendicular to the surface (3), a first mirror (10) for observing the drop of liquid (2) a second time on a second observation plane parallel to the observation axis (82) of the camera (8), and a second mirror (11) for observing the drop of liquid (2) a third time on a third observation plane parallel to the observation axis (82) of the camera (8) and perpendicular to the second observation plane.
