Abstract:
The present invention realizes an optical diffraction element with which different optical computation can be executed for each wavelength of input light. An optical diffraction element (1) is constituted by a plurality of microcells of which the thicknesses or refractive indices are set so as to be mutually independent. The optical diffraction element includes n-types (n is a natural number of at least 2) of microcells (C1, C2, … Cn) having different aperture sizes.
