Abstract:
Provided is an optical element comprising an optical surface, a tapered portion positioned on the outer peripheral side of the optical surface, and having a normal line direction from the interior to the exterior of the optical element, the direction facing the optical axis side, and a side surface portion which is positioned on the outer peripheral side of the tapered portion. If the straight-line distance perpendicular to the optical axis, from the end point on the optical axis side of the tapered portion to the side surface portion, in a cross section which includes the optical axis and passes through the tapered section is defined as A, and the height of the tapered section with the straight line as a reference is defined as B, the ratio B/A is greater than 0.2.
