An optical fiber scanning-based imaging system, comprising a light source, a scanning optical fiber, a controller, and an optical amplification component. A scanning duration corresponding to each effective scanning pixel is stored in the controller, and the scanning durations corresponding to the effective scanning pixels are non-uniformly distributed. The controller is connected to a scanning driver of the scanning optical fiber and the light source for controlling, according to the scanning durations corresponding to the effective scanning pixels stored in the controller, the light source to emit light and the scanning optical fiber to perform scanning. The optical amplification component is disposed at an exit end of the scanning optical fiber. Also provided are a corresponding optical fiber scanning-based imaging device, and a distortion detection and correction system of the optical fiber scanning-based imaging device. According to the invention, an image source is pre-corrected by means of a modulation algorithm to compensate for distortion of an optical lens; compared with a conventional optical mode for solving distortion of an optical amplification system, the present invention can effectively reduce the burden of an optical system.
