Abstract:
The present invention provides: an optical film which has excellent durability and, when used in an organic EL display device as a circularly polarizing plate, inhibits black coloring in the front direction and the oblique direction; a circularly polarizing plate; and an organic EL display device. This optical film includes an optical anisotropic layer (A), an optical anisotropic layer (B), and an optical anisotropic layer (C), wherein the optical anisotropic layer (A) is a polymer film, the optical anisotropic layer (B) is a layer formed by fixing a liquid crystal compound, the optical anisotropic layer (C) is a layer formed by fixing a vertically-oriented rod-shaped liquid crystal compound, and the optical anisotropic layer (A), the optical anisotropic layer (B), and the optical anisotropic layer (C) are provided in this order.
