Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a (meth)acrylic resin optical film which has improved adhesion to a polarizer in a high temperature, high humidity environment. [Solution] The present invention provides an optical film which comprises a resin layer that contains a (meth)acrylic resin, and wherein: with respect to the resin layer, if E23(MD) is the tensile elastic modulus in the MD direction at 23°C and E23(TD) is the tensile elastic modulus in the TD direction at 23°C, 0.5 ≤ E23(TD)/E23(MD) ≤ 1.5 is satisfied; and the resin layer has an absorbed energy of 140 kJ/m2 or more at 23°C as determined by a Charpy impact test.
