Abstract:
According to the present invention, it is possible to provide an optical film in which a wavelength dispersion characteristic at wavelengths of 400-800 nm satisfies the following general formula (1) (where, the value of a is 1500 < a < 6600, the value of b is 1.17 < b < 1.27, Δλ represents a photoelastic coefficient at an arbitrary wavelength λnm in a 400-800 nm range, and Δ550 represents a photoelastic coefficient at a wavelength of 550 nm) and which has a thickness of 10-1000 μm.
