Abstract:
One embodiment of the optical filter according to the present invention is provided with a transparent base material that has a first main surface, and a first light absorption layer that is arranged on the first main surface side of the transparent base material; the first light absorption layer contains a near-infrared absorbing dye and an inorganic material; and the near-infrared absorbing dye has a maximum absorption wavelength at a wavelength of 650 nm to 760 nm, while having a molecular weight of 2,000 or less.
