Abstract:
The present invention relates to an optical laminate having variable transmittance, and a smart window comprising same, the optical laminate comprising, in sequence: a polarizing plate; a first conductive layer; a variable transmittance layer comprising a liquid crystal compound and a dichroic dye; and a second conductive layer, wherein the first conductive layer is formed so as to be in direct contact with the polarizing plate.
