Abstract:
A wavelength configuration method and device, and an optical module. The method comprises: loading a wavelength configuration instruction into emitted light in the form of a low-frequency modulation signal (S200); and receiving returned setting information, the setting information being used for verifying whether the wavelength configuration instruction is accurately implemented, and if the returned setting information is inaccurate, sending the wavelength configuration instruction again (S402), such that the communication with a receiving end optical module by means of low-frequency modulated optical signals is achieved, and the emission wavelength configuration is indicated to the receiving end optical module, and if the receiving end optical module does not correctly configure the wavelength, the emission wavelength configuration is indicated to the receiving end optical module again. The creation of such a communication mechanism realizes the control of the wavelength configuration of the receiving end optical module using a transmitting end optical module without affecting the normal transmission of data.
