Abstract:

The purpose of the present invention is to provide an optical sorter with which the positional accuracy of a constituent member attached to a frame can be simply calculated without welding distortion occurring in the frame. The present invention provides an optical sorter characterized by comprising: a chute that is obliquely disposed so as to drop raw materials that are objects to be sorted; an optical detection means for detecting the objects to be sorted falling from a lower end of the chute; an ejector means which on the basis of the detection results of the optical detection means, sorts out the objects to be sorted; and a discharge hopper that separately discharges each of the objects sorted by the ejector means, wherein the chute, the optical detection means, the ejector means, and the discharge hopper are mounted to the frame, and each of side walls of the frame areis connected to each other in a diagonal shape by braces.
