Abstract:
The present invention comprises: a metal base comprising a main face and a rear face on the opposite side from the main face; an optical face provided on the main face; and a vibrating element provided on the main face or the rear face. The base comprises a supporting part; a first extending part and a second extending part that extend from the supporting part; a movable part disposed between the first extending part and the second extending part; and a first linking part that links the first extending part and the movable part and a second linking part that links the second extending part and the movable part. The vibrating element is provided on the supporting part, and vibrates the supporting part to induce torsional vibration in the first linking part and the second linking part and cause the movable part to swing. The optical face is provided on the main face on the movable part.
