Abstract:
The present invention is an optimization fuel calculation device 1 for automatically calculating an optimum biofuel which can be produced from a waste oil that is a biomass resource, the optimized fuel calculation device 1 being provided with a storage unit 12 which retains data about the waste oil, a machine learning model 112 into which information about the waste oil which is to be stored in the storage unit 12 is input, and an optimization calculation execution unit 102 which executes an optimization calculation for producing a biofuel from the waste oil using the machine learning model 112. The data about the waste oil which is to be stored in the storage unit 12 includes the type of the waste oil, the amount of the waste oil, and the acid value of the waste oil, and the optimization calculation execution unit 102 identifies the type of a producible optimum biofuel and determines the mixing ratio of the waste oil on the basis of at least one of combustion properties such as the acid value of the waste oil, the cetane value of the produced biofuel and the amount of heat generation. In the present invention, according to this configuration, it becomes possible to perform an automatic calculation for producing an optimum and high-quality biofuel depending on the intended use of a user by using, as a raw material, a waste oil such as waste water containing oils and fats.
