Abstract:
An aspect provides a complex tablet and a method for preparing same, the complex tablet comprising: a first layer comprising dry granules which comprise sitagliptin or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, or a hydrate thereof, and dapagliflozin or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, or a hydrate thereof; and a second layer comprising wet granules which comprise metformin or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and colloidal silicon dioxide.
