Abstract:
This organic electroluminescent element comprises a negative electrode, a positive electrode, and an organic layer disposed between the negative electrode and the positive electrode, wherein: the organic layer includes a light-emitting layer and a first later; the first layer is disposed between the positive electrode and the light-emitting layer; the first layer includes a first hole transport material and a second hole transport material; and the first hole transport material is a compound represented by formula (1) (at least one of Ａｒ１～Ａｒ３ is a group represented by formula (2)).
