Abstract:
Provided is an organic-inorganic hybrid infrared beam absorbing particle production method comprising: a dispersion solution preparation step of preparing a dispersion solution containing infrared beam absorbing particles, a dispersant, and a dispersion medium; a dispersion medium reducing step of evaporating the dispersion medium from the dispersion solution; a raw material mixed solution preparation step of mixing the infrared beam absorbing particles recovered after the dispersion medium reducing step, a covering resin raw material, an organic solvent, an emulsifier, water, and a polymerization initiator, to prepare a raw material mixed solution; a stirring step of stirring, while cooling, the raw material mixed solution; and a polymerization step of performing deoxidation treatment for reducing the amount of oxygen in the raw material mixed solution, and then performing a polymerization reaction of the covering resin raw material.
