Abstract:
Disclosed are an organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite capable of emitting room-temperature phosphorescence, a preparation method therefor, and the use thereof. The preparation method for the organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite comprises the steps of: mixing 2-phenylethylamine and methanol, and dropwise adding an HBr solution to prepare bromophenylethylamine; and dissolving bromonaphthalenemethylamine, the bromophenylethylamine, and lead bromide in a solvent, i.e. N,N-dimethylformamide, to obtain a mixed solution, and then dropping the mixed solution into a poor solvent to precipitate the organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite. In the present invention, by incorporating a typical organic fluorescent molecular naphthalenemethylamine (NEA), the triplet state energy level of which is lower than the excited state energy level of an inorganic layer [PbBr4]2-, into the two dimensional organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite, the energy transfer from an inorganic component to an organic triplet state is achieved, RTP is generated, and the purpose of achieving RTP in the two-dimensional organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite is achieved.
