Abstract:
An organic light-emitting diode (OLED) device comprises a transparent substrate (1), a first electrode structure (2), an organic light-emitting layer (3) and a second electrode structure (4). The first electrode structure (2) includes a plurality of first electrodes (21) and a plurality of second electrodes (22) on the transparent substrate (1), a first electrode (21) and a second electrode (22) each corresponding to a subpixel unit, the first electrodes (21) and the second electrodes (22) being arranged in an alternating configuration along at least one of a row direction and a column direction of a pixel unit. The second electrode structure (4) comprises a transparent electrode layer with a planar structure. The organic light-emitting layer (3) is positioned between the first electrode structure (2) and the second electrode structure (4). A light-transmission rate of the first electrodes (21) is higher than that of the second electrode structure (4), a light-reflection rate of the first electrodes (21) is lower than that of the second electrode structure (4), a light-transmission rate of the second electrodes (22) is lower than that of the second electrode structure (4), and a light-reflection rate of the second electrodes (22) is higher than that of the second electrode structure (4).
