Abstract:
The organic preparation of the present disclosure is formed entirely from organic wastes. As a preparation obtained entirely from organic wastes, the organic preparation of the present disclosure neither causes any chemical effect, or damage, nor poses a risk to human health or environmental and soil health, and since it shows insecticide, fungicide, acaricide, antibacterial, antiviral, and disinfectant properties, using the said preparation as a substitute for the existing chemical pesticides is possible.

CLAIMS An organic preparation for use in agricultural activities, particularly in vegetable and fruit growing, as a substitute for the existing toxic pesticides, wherein the organic preparation has an entirely organic structure, and insecticide, fungicide, acaricide, antibacterial, antiviral, and disinfectant properties, and poses no threat to human and environmental health, characterized in that as raw materials the organic preparation contains several organic wastes, including hazelnut shell, walnut shell, apricot seed shell, peach seed shell, tea wastes, paddy wastes, wood flour wastes, straw, and olive pomace. An organic preparation according to claim 1, characterized in that it comprises 49.94% by weight of Acetic acid, 12.69% by weight of Propionic acid, 1.47% by weight of n-Butanoic acid, 4.88% by weight of Phenol o- cresol, 0.93% by weight of p-Cresol, 0.72% by weight of m-Cresol, 1.62% by weight of 2.5-Xylenol, 2.35% by weight of Guaiacol, 0.83% by weight of 4-Methylguaiacol, 0.26% by weight of Ethylguaiacol, 1.72% by weight of Syringol, 2.42% by weight of Cyclopentenone, 0.80% by weight of Fufural, 0.61% by weight of Methylfurfural, 0.88% by weight of Butyrolactone, 2.15% by weight of Hydroxy-3 -methyl-2-cyclopentenone, 2.82% by weight of (4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-2-propanone, and 12.57% by weight of water vapor. A method for obtaining an organic preparation for use in agricultural activities, particularly in vegetable and fruit growing, as a substitute for the existing toxic pesticides, wherein the organic preparation has an entirely 7 organic structure, and insecticide, fungicide, acaricide, antibacterial, antiviral, and disinfectant properties, and poses no threat to human and environmental health, characterized in that the method comprises the steps of:

- mixing and collecting raw materials, including hazelnut shell, walnut shell, apricot seed shell, peach seed shell, tea wastes, paddy wastes, wood flour wastes, straw, and olive pomace, in a reactor, and carbonizing them under a high temperature by means of fossil fuels,

- upon initiation of a gas discharge from the said plant wastes at about 150°C after about an hour, collecting these gases via an collector for transferring them to the reactor wherein they are used as a fuel,

- raising the temperature to about 350°C to 400°C, upon which a product begins to emerge from a different collector of the reactor in a vaporous form, and distilling the said product by passing it through the cooling medium, thereby obtaining a pure organic preparation.

Description:
ORGANIC PREPARATION

TECHNICAL FIELD

This invention relates to an organic preparation for use in vegetable and fruit growing as a substitute for pesticides having negative effects on human and environmental health, wherein this organic preparation has insecticide, fungicide, acaricide, antibacterial, antiviral, and disinfectant properties.

PRIOR ART

Today, many chemical products are used in the field of agriculture, especially in vegetable and fruit cultivation, and most of these are chemical fertilizers and pesticides. Pesticides currently used carry great risks for human and environmental health. When these toxic pesticides are used, toxic residues are formed on vegetables and fruits, resulting in serious health problems, and due to the use of these pesticides, the soil quality is gradually lost, and calcification occurs in the agricultural lands, all of which makes it impossible to be engaged in agriculture in such lands in the long term. Another disadvantage of using the said chemical products is that such products cause air pollution and pose a risk to the ozone layer.

A national patent application TR 2012/03808, one of the studies carried out on the subject-matter, discloses an "organic pesticide and production method." Disclosed in the said application is an organic pesticide for use in elimination of diseases and pests that damage crops and cause product loss, as well as in quality and efficient cultivation of crops, wherein the said organic pesticide is obtained by using urtica dioica, inula, borago officinalis, and smilax excelsa.

Thus, the need to eliminate such shortcomings and disadvantages of the embodiments and practices employed in the prior art entails an improvement in the respective technical field.

OBJECTIVE OF THE INVENTION

The present disclosure relates to an organic preparation developed for eliminating the aforementioned disadvantages and providing new advantages to the respective technical field.

An objective of the present disclosure is to provide a entirely organic preparation for use in vegetable and fruit growing in the field of agriculture.

Another objective of the present disclosure is to provide a product with insecticide, fungicide, acaricide, antibacterial, antiviral, and disinfectant properties as a substitute for toxic pesticides posing a threat to human and environmental health, thanks to the the said completely organic preparation for use in vegetable and fruit growing.

Another objective of the present disclosure is to contribute to the efforts to protect human and environmental health, as well as to the efforts to reduce risks related to air pollution and the ozone layer, thanks to the said product which will be a substitute for toxic pesticides posing a threat to human and environmental health.

Yet another objective of the present disclosure is to prevent the agricultural lands from losing their quality and getting lost altogether in the long term, thanks to the said organic preparation that will replace toxic pesticides posing a threat to human and environmental health.

The structural and characteristic features of the present disclosure, including all of its advantages, will be more clearly understood when the detailed description given below is read, and thus, the present disclosure should be evaluated by taking this detailed description into consideration.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The preferred embodiments of the organic preparation according to the present disclosure, which are mentioned in this detailed description, are only intended for providing a better understanding of the subject-matter, and should not be construed in any restrictive sense.

This invention relates to an organic preparation for use in vegetable and fruit growing as a substitute for pesticides having negative effects on human and environmental health, wherein this organic preparation has insecticide, fungicide, acaricide, antibacterial, antiviral, and disinfectant properties.

The organic preparation of the present disclosure is formed entirely from organic wastes. Such organic wastes include hazelnut shell, walnut shell, apricot seed shell, peach seed shell, tea wastes, paddy wastes, wood flour wastes, straw, and olive pomace. As a preparation obtained entirely from organic wastes, the organic preparation of the present disclosure neither causes any chemical effect, or damage, nor poses a risk to human health or environmental and soil health, and since it shows insecticide, fungicide, acaricide, antibacterial, antiviral, and disinfectant properties, using the said preparation as a substitute for the existing chemical pesticides is possible.

The abovementioned organic wastes (hazelnut shell, walnut shell, apricot seed shell, peach seed shell, tea wastes, paddy wastes, wood flour wastes, straw, and olive pomace) are mixed and collected in a reactor, and carbonized under a high temperature by means of fossil fuels, resulting in a gas discharge from the said plant wastes at about 150°C after about an hour, and thereafter, these gases are collected via an collector and transferred to the burner to be used as a fuel for the reactor, thereby the gases in the wastes separated and their effects on the organic preparation eliminated. Then, the temperature is raised to about 350°C to 400°C, and the product, which begins to emerge from a different collector of the reactor in a vaporous form, is distilled by passing it through the cooling medium, all of which results in formation of a pure organic preparation.

The organic preparation thus obtained is dissolved in water, and used by spraying onto plants, mixing with irrigation water, and applying on the soil. For applications on the soil and plants, it is diluted in water at a rate of 1% to 5%.

The organic preparation of the present disclosure comprises the following ingredients at the corresponding percentages by weight:

Acetic acid: 49.94% Propionic acid: 12.69% n-Butanoic acid: 1.47%

Phenol o-cresol: 4.88% p-Cresol: 0.93% m-Cresol: 0.72%

2.5-Xylenol: 1.62%

Guaiacol: 2.35%

4-Methylguaiacol: 0.83%

4- Ethyl guaiacol: 0.26%

Syringol: 1.72%

Cyclopentenone: 2.42%

Furfural: 0.80%

Methylfurfural: 0.61%

Butyrolactone: 0.88%

Hydroxy-3 -methyl-2-cyclopentenone: 2.15% (4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-2-propanone: 2.82%

Volatile water vapor: 12.57%
