Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of organic small molecule hole injection/transport materials. Disclosed are an organic small molecule hole injection/transport material and a preparation method therefor and an application thereof. The structural formula of the organic small molecule hole injection/transport material is as shown in (I), wherein (II), wherein Ar1, Ar2, and Ar3 are independently an unsubstituted benzene ring, fused ring or spiro aromatic hydrocarbon, or are independently a benzene ring, fused ring or spiro aromatic hydrocarbon substituted by an alkyl group, an alkoxy group or an alkylthio group each having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, wherein the number of carbon atoms of the benzene ring, fused ring or spiro aromatic hydrocarbon is 6-40. In the present invention, multiple aromatic amine units having a non-planar structure are used, and methoxy end groups are also introduced, so that the material has high thermal stability, a high glass transition temperature, a high HOMO energy level, high hole mobility and good solubility, and has an important application prospect in optoelectronic devices.
