An organic-solvent polymer dispersion for huge-quantity use, characterized by comprising a non-volatile water-soluble organic solvent and a hydrolyzable polymer dispersed therein and by having a water content kept at 1 mass% or less and a flow time, as measured at 50°C with a Zahn cup having an orifice diameter of 5 mm or smaller, of 120 seconds or shorter.
