Abstract:
An orientation changing device (100) that can place a vertically oriented pallet (300) holding a group of stacked tires (200) to a horizontal orientation and that can place a horizontally oriented pallet (300) holding a group of horizontally arranged tires to a vertical orientation, said device comprising a base (110) that holds the pallet (300), a turning drive device (120) that changes the orientation of the held pallet (300) by rotating the base (110), an erection device (130) that is located at one end of the tire group and stands a tilting tire (201) toward the other end, and a restriction device (140) that restricts movement of the tire (200).
