Claims 1) Coronavirus is transmitted by a small fly that is usually found in fresh air restricted environment. 2) The virus causes a rare disease known as systemic mastocytosis. 3) An effective vaccine has to be orally taken because histamine is a biogenic amine with low molecular weight and a vasoactive component, higher concentrations can lead to respiratory disorders, tachycardia and allergic reactions. |
There are 4 mechanisms of cellular communication which is, direct, paracrine, endocrine and synaptic communication.
Each mechanism uses different transmission, chemical mediators and different distribution effects which is specific to target cells and receptors.
Coronavirus infection activates mast cells, which are granulocytes derived from the myeloid stem cell and is part of the immune and neuroimmune system. Mast cells are present in most tissues and associate with G-protein coupled receptors.
Activation of mast cells causes them to release chemical mediators like serine protease, histamine, serotonin, eicosaniods and reactive oxygen species.
