Abstract:
The present invention makes it possible to easily survey the state of a road at the start of repair work when the road is to be repaired. This orthoimage creation method comprises a coordinate acquisition step for acquiring three-dimensional coordinates for a plurality of ground control points 6, a photography step for using a UAV 3 that is flying at an altitude of no more than 20 meters above the ground to capture a plurality of photographed images such that each ground control point 6 of the plurality of ground control points 6 is included in at least two of the photographed images, and an orthoimage creation step for creating an orthoimage on the basis of three-dimensional coordinates acquired for feature points during the coordinate acquisition step and the plurality of photographed images captured during the photography step.
