Abstract:
An oscillation circuit includes: a triangular wave generation circuit for generating a
triangular wave signal according to an output clock signal; a comparison circuit for
generating a clock signal in accordance with a comparison between the triangular wave
signal and a first reference voltage and a second reference voltage; a current adjusting
circuit for adjusting the adjusted current value in accordance with the power
supply voltage for the comparison circuit; and a reference voltage generation
circuit for generating the first reference voltage and the second reference
voltage having a voltage difference in accordance with the adjusted current
value. The current adjusting circuit increases the adjusted current when the
power supply voltage for the comparison circuit increases and lowers the adjusted
current when the power supply voltage is lowered. The reference voltage generation
circuit increases the potential difference between the first reference voltage
and the second reference voltage when the adjusted current increases and reduces
the potential difference when the adjusted current is reduced.
