Abstract:
Provided is an oscillation control circuit with which it is possible to obtain an oscillation output that accurately holds a maximum value of a desired oscillation output amplitude and in which fluctuations due to temperature changes or variation in the manufacturing process are suppressed to the maximum extent. An oscillation control circuit 1A is provided with: an oscillation circuit 2; a bias circuit 3; and a push-pull buffer 4 configured from a source follower circuit comprising a first transistor T1 and a source ground circuit comprising a third transistor T3, the sources of which are connected to an output terminal out. A bias voltage VG1 for setting a maximum voltage VH of an oscillation output signal V is applied to the gate of the first transistor T1 from a bias circuit 3. The bias circuit 3 is configured from a threshold voltage compensation circuit 3a1, which is configured from a second transistor T2, a first current source I1, and a second current source I2, and an output-amplitude-setting voltage generation circuit 3b1, which generates and supplies to the source of the second transistor T2 an amplitude-setting voltage VREG for setting the amplitude of the oscillation output signal V.
