Abstract:
Disclosed is an outdoor chest-expansion training apparatus. The outdoor chest-expansion training apparatus comprises a frame, wherein the frame is provided with a balance weight device used for providing exercise resistance, the balance weight device comprises multiple balance weight stacks arranged in an overlapped manner, and the balance weight stacks are slidably connected to the frame via a guide device; the balance weight stack is provided with a through hole, into which a pull rod is inserted; the pull rod is provided with multiple first protrusions from top to bottom, an inner wall of the through hole of each balance weight stack is provided with a second protrusion, and a rotation gap for the first protrusion is provided between adjacent balance weight stacks; the first protrusions are vertically arranged from top to bottom, and the second protrusions are spirally arranged from top to bottom, or, the first protrusions are spirally arranged from top to bottom, and the second protrusions are vertically arranged from top to bottom; and the pull rod is provided with an adjustment mechanism for driving the pull rod to rotate, the pull rod is rotated to enable the first protrusion to fit with the corresponding second protrusion, and the balance weight stack above a fitting position serves as the exercise weight resistance. According to the present invention, the number of balance weight stacks can be adjusted, and the chest-expansion training apparatus is safe and easy to popularize.
