Abstract:
This outdoor unit is provided with a housing, a fan, an electrical board (8), a divider plate (3), a flat plate (11), and a frame wall. The divider plate divides the inner space of the housing into a blower chamber (20) where the fan is located and a machine chamber (21) where the electrical board (8) is located. The divider plate (3) has a hole (30) connecting the blower chamber (20) and the machine chamber (21). The flat plate (11) is spaced apart from the divider plate (3) in such a manner as to cover the hole (30) in the machine chamber (21). The frame wall is disposed between the flat plate (11) and the divider plate (3). The frame wall defines an opening (17) together with the flat plate (11) and the divider plate (3). The flat plate (11) has a first end (11A) and a second end (11B) on the opposite side of the first end (11A). The first end (11A) defines at least part of the opening (17). In the first direction from the first end (11A) to the second end (11B), the electrical board (8) is away from the opening (17).
