Abstract:
[Problem] To provide an outdoor unit that can efficiently remove dust. [Solution] This outdoor unit is characterized by comprising a blower fan 13 that is provided with a plurality of blades 13a and blows air to the front by rotating in a first rotational direction and to the rear by rotating in a second rotational direction different from the first rotational direction, and a bell mouth 14 that has a first opening provided in the front, a second opening provided in the rear, and a side part connecting the first opening and the second opening, is disposed radially outside of the blower fan 13, and adjusts the flow of air generated by the blower fan 13, the bell mouth 14 being disposed such that the ratio of the portion of the bell mouth 14 overlapping the blades 13a in the front-rear direction is at least one-third relative to the dimension of the blades 13a in the front-rear direction and the rear end part of the bell mouth 14 does not to extend further than the rear end parts of the blades 13a.
