Abstract:
The present invention provides an outer rotor brushless motor with a heat dissipating device. The outer rotor brushless motor comprises a stator coil, a rotor back cover, a rear bearing and one or more heat pipes; evaporation sections of the heat pipes are arranged close to the stator coil, and condensation sections of the heat pipes pass through the rotor back cover or the inner ring of the rear bearing, so as to efficiently dissipate the heat, generated by the motor during operation, out of the interior of the motor. The present invention effectively solves the problem of heat dissipation of an enclosed motor or an outer rotor brushless motor with an enclosed or a semi-enclosed protective cover, so that the outer rotor brushless motor not only has very good waterproof and dustproof performance, but also can operate stably and reliably for a long time.
