In order to provide an outer wall material attachment member, a lower-end outer wall material attachment member, and an outer wall material attachment structure with which it is possible to prevent, inter alia, damage to or dislodgment of an outer wall material even when a building is subjected to a horizontal external force, outer wall materials 4 are aligned in the vertical direction and attached to an outer wall underlayer 5 in this outer wall material attachment member 1, each outer wall material 4 having an upper-end projecting part 41 formed such that the indoor side of the upper end projects upward, a lower-end projecting part 42 formed such that the outdoor side of the lower end projects downward, and a back-side projecting part 43 formed so as to be shorter than the lower-end projecting part 42 and to project downward. This outer wall material attachment member 1 comprises: a base part 6 having one or more screw insertion holes 20, a screw 22 being inserted only in one screw insertion hole 20 and secured by being driven into the outer wall underlayer 5; a first clamping part 10 that clamps and holds the back-side projecting part 43 of the upper-side outer wall material 4 from the outdoor side and the indoor side; and a second clamping part 11 that clamps the upper-end projecting part 41 of the lower-side outer wall material 4 from the outdoor side and the indoor side.
