Abstract:
Provided in the present invention are an output driving circuit and a memory. The output driving circuit is provided between a signal input end and a signal output end with a pull-up preamplification unit and a pull-down preamplification unit, the pull-up preamplification unit and the pull-down preamplification unit adjust the duty cycle of a positive input signal and that of a negative input signal, so that the duty cycle of an output signal of the signal output end and that of an input signal of the signal input end are identical, thus preventing the problem of signal quality being affected by a deviation in the duty cycle of the output signal caused by an output resistance mismatch under different output voltages.
