Abstract:
Disclosed is an overhead door hinge mechanism, comprising a hinge box body, wherein a side wall of the hinge box body is provided with a stretchable arm assembly used for connecting to a door body back plate of an overhead door, the stretchable arm assembly is provided with a two-section type rotating arm mechanism used for driving the door body back plate to flip upwards exceeding the right angle range, a connecting rotating block and an elastic stress block are rotationally fixed in the hinge box body, the stretchable arm assembly is rotationally fixed to the side wall of the hinge box body by means of the connecting rotating block, and a fastening mechanism used for limiting the rotation of the connecting rotating block is arranged between the elastic stress block and the connecting rotating block. The present invention can achieve the functions of a right-angle overhead door angle and keeping the overhead door angle, the mechanical loss of a spring is reduced by means of the fastening mechanism, the supporting structure is stable, and the service life is long.
