Abstract:
An overlaid crest-to-crest wave spring, comprising: several overlaid layer number wave springs (1, 2); each overlaid layer number wave spring is formed by spirally bending along an axial direction, and waveforms of the layers are overlapped and attached; at least one connecting spring (3) connects two adjacent overlaid layer number wave springs overlaid in an up-and-down manner, so that a first wave trough (11) and a second wave trough (21) of the two adjacent overlaid layer number wave springs abut against each other in a crest-to-crest manner, and a first wave trough (12) and a second wave trough (22) are arranged oppositely in an up-and-down manner. The connecting spring is used to connect overlaid layer number wave springs overlaid in an up-and-down manner, and the two latter springs are provided in a crest-to-crest manner, so that given that a good perpendicularity is ensured, the overlaid crest-to-crest wave spring has relatively great elastic performance and long service life. In addition, given that the thickness of the whole material remains unchanged, the stiffness thereof can be improved by increasing the number of layers of the overlaid layer number wave springs, and various wave springs having different stiffness can be produced by changing the number of layers of the overlaid layer number wave springs; and variable stiffness characteristics of the wave spring can also be formed by overlaying different number of layers for each layer.
