Abstract:
The present invention provides a method for producing an oxidized graphite derivative with which it is possible to easily produce a high-quality oxidized graphite derivative, and a high-quality oxidized graphite derivative. The present invention is a method for producing an oxidized graphite derivative, wherein the method for producing an oxidized graphite derivative is characterized in that: the production method includes a step for oxidizing graphite and a step for obtaining an oxidized graphite derivative by reacting oxidized graphite in a reaction solution that includes the oxidized graphite obtained in the oxidation step, or oxidized graphite in an oxidized-graphite-containing composition separated from the reaction solution, with a compound that reacts with the oxygen-containing functional groups in the oxidized graphite; the reaction solution that includes oxidized graphite is refined between the oxidation step and the step for obtaining an oxidized graphite derivative; and no drying step is included.
