Abstract:

An ozone sterilization washing machine and method. The ozone sterilization washing machine comprises an outer drum (1), an ozone generation device (2), and a heating device (3). An air inlet communicated with the ozone generation device (2) is provided at the bottom of the outer drum (1). An exhaust port is provided at the upper part of the outer drum (1) and is communicated with an exhaust pipeline (10). The heating device (3) is disposed in the exhaust pipeline (10) and is configured to decompose ozone. The above washing machine can sterilize clothes by using ozone, and can decompose ozone, which is not completely dissolved, at high temperature. The decomposition rate is high, the decomposition is thorough, it is unnecessary to add a catalyst, and manpower and material resources are saved.
