Abstract:
The cover glass 4 of a package 1 is equipped with a first main surface 8, a second main surface 9 located on the opposite side from the first main surface 8 and facing a base material 3, and an end surface 10 located between the first main surface 8 and the second main surface 9. The end surface 10 of the cover glass 4 is equipped with a fire-polished surface 10a formed on the first main surface 8 side and a split surface 10b formed on the second main surface 9 side. An adhesive portion 6 of the package 1 contacts the entire surface of the split surface 10b and at least part of the fire-polished surface 10a.
