Abstract:
A packaging apparatus for powder coating production, comprising a packaging box (21) and a conveyor belt (16); the packaging box is conveyed by means of the conveyor belt, lug plates (22) are provided on two sides of the packaging box, a weighing device is provided below the packaging box, the weighing device comprises an electronic scale (25), the electronic scale is located between an upper-layer conveying belt and a lower-layer conveying belt of the conveyor belt, liftable/lowerble pushing plates (23) are symmetrically provided above the electronic scale, and the pushing plates rise to support and lift the lug plates, so as to lift the packaging box and weigh same by means of the electronic scale; an unloading device is provided above the packaging box, the unloading device comprises a rotary drum (8), the rotary drum is driven by a motor (4), one end of the rotary drum is connected to a second sealed bearing (12) of a bearing mounting plate by means of a rotary shaft (10), the other end of the rotary drum is in communication with a feeding tube (1), the feeding tube, the motor and the bearing mounting plate are all supported by means of connecting rods (11), the feeding tube is provided with a loading valve (2); and the side wall of the rotary drum has a net-like structure, an unloading funnel (13) is arranged below the rotary drum, a discharge port of the unloading funnel (13) is located above the packaging box, and a discharge valve (19) is arranged at the discharge port of the unloading funnel.
