Abstract:
A packaging bag grasping and unloading mechanism and a grasping and unloading method therefor. A scissor arm (2) is connected below a moving frame (1) of the packaging bag grasping and unloading mechanism, a raising and lowering frame (6) is connected on the bottom of the scissor arm (2), C-shaped hooks are provided below the raising and lowering frame (6), a limiting panel (9) is provided below each C-shaped hook, and a plurality of limiting panel hook holes (9a) are distributed evenly on the limiting panels (9). A traveling gear motor (3) is mounted on the moving frame (1), a traveling drive shaft (3a) is mounted on an output end of the traveling gear motor (3), and X-directional traveling sprockets (3b) meshed with X-directional chains are respectively mounted on two ends of the traveling drive shaft (3a). The grasping and unloading method sequentially comprises the following steps: a belt roll (4c) releasing a raising and lowering strip (4d) downwards, the raising and lowering platform (6) and the limiting panels (9) moving down, and when the limiting panels (9) fall onto packaging bags, the belt roll (4c) halting, each C-shaped hook extending and penetrating the packaging bags, the raising and lowering strip (4d) winding and thereby lifting each packaging bag, the belt roll (4c) first decelerating and then halting, and the moving frame (1) carrying the grasped packaging bags translationally to a next work station. The present packaging bag grasping and unloading mechanism is able to grasp packaging bags and transport same, and features reliable motion.
