Abstract:
To provide a flour flavoring that can be dispensed in small quantities from a dispensing container, and in which there is a low likelihood that a flour component and a powdered flavoring component in the container will separate. The present invention is a packed flour flavoring including a container and a flour flavoring packed in the container. The flour flavoring is a powder mixture containing flour and a powdered flavoring. The angle of repose of the flour flavoring is 33-54°. The container is a dispensing container having one or more dispensing holes having a maximum width of 2-20 mm.
