Abstract:
[Problem] To form an easy-to-swallow packed powder packed in a structure that is not easily peeled compared to conventional structures. [Solution] The present invention is a packed powder forming device for forming a packed powder comprising a powdery substance packed in a sheet-shaped water-soluble edible film, the packed powder forming device being provided with a packing unit that receives a supply of a substance to be packed onto a water-soluble edible film placed thereon that then packs the substance to be packed in the water-soluble edible film and a moistening unit that moistens a bag opening portion formed by gathering the edge of the water-soluble edible film on which the substance to be packed is supplied, and being characterized in that the bag opening portion of the water-soluble edible film moistened by the moistening unit has a closed narrowed portion formed by a structural change.
