Abstract:
A paddle wheel roller support comprises a left roller (2) inserting with a left bush (4) and a left screw ring set (8) which are attached to a base support (12) with a left screw (6) and an internal thread nut (21), a right roller (3) inserting with a right bush (5) and a right screw ring set (9) which are attached to the base support (12) with a right screw (7) and an internal thread nut (22), a left shock pro of (13) and a right shockproof (14) which are welded to the left screw (6) and the light screw (7), and a hole made in the middle of the base of the base support (12) attaches with an internal thread bush (10) provided for insertion of an adjustable screw (11). The paddle wheel roller support presents the advantages of durable and energy saving, and longer useful life.

CLAIMS

1. Paddle wheel roller support consists of base support (12) folded into a U shape with the U-shaped sockets to screw with left roller (2) and right roller (3). The hole in the middle of the base of U- shaped roller support is designed to connect with internal thread bush (10) by penetrating with left. roller (2) inserted with the left bush (4) to tighten the left screw (6) and the left screw ring set (8) with internal thread nut ( 1) to attach with base support (12) firmly.

The right roller (3) inserted with the right bush (5) to tighten the right screw (7) and the right screw ring set (9) with internal thread nut (22) to attach with base support (12) firmly.

The left shockproof (13) is welded to the left screw (6) and the right shockproof (14) is welded to the right screw (7).

The adjustable screw (11) is inserted into internal thread bush (10), which welded to

the base support (12).

There are left shockprciof (13) and right shockproof (14) being welded to the left screw (6) and the right screw (7)

The hole is made in the middle of base support (12) with internal thread bush (10) attached for the insertion of adjustable screw (11) for height adjustability purpose.

SPECIFICATION OF THE INVENTION

TITLE OF THE INVENTION: PADDLE WHEEL ROLLER SUPPORT

1. DESCRIPTIONS AND PURPOSE OF THE INVENTION

This invention relates to paddle wheel roller support. It is a roller inserting with bush in its center before screwing to the base of base support, which has an adjustable screw underneath that allows adjusting the height together with the shockproof on top of the screw.

THE MAIN OBJECTIVES OF THE INVENTION:

The main objectives of the invention are to develop the new design of axle support that contains height adjustable feature for ease of use and easy installation including durability and energy-saving functions. This newly designed product also help extending useful life of axle support as malfunctioned or defective parts can be replaced or repaired easily.

2. RELATED TECHNICAL FIELD

Engineering in regards to paddle wheel roller support.

3. BACKGROUND ART INVOLVED The old axle support type 1 shown in figure 4 is gouging the wood in the center of a U-shape to support an axle.

The old axle support type 2 shown in figure 5 is using wood as a base (1) placed with small pieces of wood (2), (3) on top using nails (4), (5) to attached with the base. The gap in the center of the base is intended to use for supporting the axle. The existence of such axle supports, installations need to nail the axle support with wooden float or attach the axle support to the plastic float thus resulted in wasted time and hassle of installation. When activated, the axle friction can cause the damages, last for short using period and high electrical power consumption. When applying the axle support for a while, the height adjustment of the axle support will then be required as a result of water leakage to the float whereas increasing or decreasing level of the float to keep the axle in proper position could also cause damages to the float. The adjustment of axle support would be difficult and waste of time especially when the old axle support is damaged. 4. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention will now be described more fully herein after with reference to the accompanying drawings. Figure 1, Figure 2 and Figure 3 illustrates the embodiments of the invention paddle wheel roller support in many different aspects comprises the left roller (2), the right roller (3), ~ the left bush (4), the right bush (5), the left screw (6), the right screw (7), the left screw ring set (8), the right screw ring set (9), internal thread bush (10), adjustable screw (11), base support (12), the left shockproof (13), the right shockproof (14), wooden base for paddle wheel roller support (15), the bottom hole of the wooden base (16), the top hole of the wooden base (17), the bottom adjustable screw ring (18), the top adjustable screw ring (19), internal thread nut (20), internal thread nut (21), internal thread nut (22). The invention is implemented by. forming the base support (12) using cutting machine in which several holes are made for the attachments of the left roller set and the right roller set. These roller set are to be tightened with the base support through the holes provided with left screw and right screw. The roller support is folded into a U-shaped with a hole in the center of the base to weld with internal thread bush (10). the left roller (2) and the right roller (3) are molded by the injection mold. The rollers contain several holes that penetrated through. The middle hole of the left roller (2) is used for inserting the left bush (4) while the middle hole of the right roller (3) is used for inserting the right bush (5). The left screw (6) and the left screw ring set (8) are inserted into the left bush (4) prior to tighten the internal thread nut (21) to the base support (12). The right screw (7) and the right screw ring set (9) are inserted into the right bush (5) prior to tighten the internal thread nut (22) to the base support (12). the left shockproof (13) is welded to the left screw (6) and the right shockproof (14) is welded to the right screw (7). internal thread bush (10) is welded to the center bottom of the base support (12). the adjustable screw (11) and the bottom adjustable screw ring (18) are inserted into the bottom hole of the wooden base (16) through the top hole of the wooden base (17) while internal thread bush (10) welding to the base support (12) was drilled in the center of the wooden base for paddle wheel roller support (15) in order to hold the paddle wheel roller support. The top adjustable screw ring (19) and internal thread nut (20) are placed with the adjustable screw (11) and tighten with the wooden base for paddle wheel roller support (15) after Internal thread bush (10) was welded with the base support (12), the adjustable screw is screwed in to tighten.

Of the paddle wheel roller support above, the installation is strong, durable and energy saving as a result of the rotation of the axle on a roller that help reducing friction between the axle and the paddle wheel roller support. As the friction of the axle with the paddle wheel roller support is reduced, the useful life of these parts can last longer; meanwhile, the motor is needed to perform less work thus resulting in energy saving and longer useful life. Furthermore, the adjustable screw (11) allows the paddle wheel roller support to be adjusted to the proper position according to the change in level of the float more easily and more quickly so that the amount of water in the float do not required to be adjusted manually.
