Abstract:
Disclosed are a panaxoside derivative, a preparation method therefor, and an application. The compound shows a strong anti-inflammatory effect in vitro and in animal model experiments, and may therefore be used for preparing an anti-inflammatory drug, in particular for treating asthma and COPD. In experiments, the compound has a significant effect on asthma and COPD, and the efficacy in a high dose group is superior to dexamethasone and budesonide. At far more than the effective treatment dose, the compound does not have a significant effect on blood count or blood sugar. The compound has high application prospects in anti-inflammatory drugs, especially in the field of treating asthma and COPD.
