Abstract:
In this method for producing a panel structure, a plate-shaped flat panel (10) and a reinforcing panel (20) at which a reference plate (21) and a plurality of conical convexities (23) protruding from the reference plate (21) are formed are prepared. Next, the rear surface (12) of the flat panel (10) and the peaks (25) of the plurality of conical convexities (23) in the reinforcing panel (20) are set in opposition. Then, using a first mold (40) and a second mold (45), the flat panel (10) and the reinforcing panel (20) are elastically deformed in a manner so that the surface (11) of the flat panel (10) reaches a target shape, and in the elastically deformed state, the rear surface (12) of the flat panel (10) and the peaks (25) of the plurality of conical convexities (23) in the reinforcing panel (20) are joined by means of an adhesive (5).
