CLAIMS

1. A panoramic souvenir picture system enabling visitors to take souvenir photo by zooming themselves in panoramic photo of the visited place, characterized by comprising

• at least one camera (1 ) taking photo of environment,

• at least one camera lens (2) providing adjustment of desired angle, proximity level and focus point according to place where system will be placed,

• a mini computer (3) connected to said cameras (1) and controlling the opening and picture taking trigger of the cameras (1), providing taking photo by one or more than one cameras (1) simultaneously when request for taking photo is received, recording log data of operation stages and sending them to related component(s), transmitting taken pictures to related component(s) with picture information by means of the close-up selfie algorithm (4) thereon,

• modem (5) providing internet connection for said minicomputer (3),

• render server (6) receiving the pictures with picture information sent from said minicomputer (3), creating zooming in and zooming out video by means of render server algorithm (7) thereon, conducting render operation and transmitting prepared pictures to related component(s),

• main server (8) storing pictures transmitted from said render server (6) by means of main server algorithm (10) provided thereon, enabling accessibility to pictures over internet and sharing the accessed pictures in social media,

• main server database (9) wherein all locations in the system, minicomputer (3) access data, video access addresses, information generated based on photo taking mode and records of all processes are stored,

• tablet computer (11) providing connection of user to said main server (8) and by means of tablet algorithm (12) installed thereon, o providing remote triggering of cameras (1 ), o providing access to pictures / downloading pictures / sharing pictures via main server (8) subject to the mode in which users take selfie, o previewing of pictures taken by cameras (1 ), o enabling remote starting/restarting or shutting down minicomputer (3), o controlling whether or not system operates properly, access to the cameras, triggering of the camera, processes of the render server loading and/or the main server loading.

2. A panoramic souvenir picture method enabling visitors to take souvenir photo by zooming themselves in panoramic photo of the visited place, characterized by comprising process steps of

• watching live videos of close angle cameras (1) from tablet computers (11) whereon tablet algorithm (12) runs by users and generating photo taking command,

• transmission of generated command to minicomputer (3) and shooting one or more than one photo of related place by triggering of all camera (1) and camera lenses (2) by means of close-up selfie algorithm (4) running on minicomputer simultaneously,

• transmission of pictures shot by minicomputer (3) and picture data to render server (6) conducting picture processing and render processes by means of close-up selfie algorithm (4) over modem (5) providing internet connection,

• taking raw pictures of more than one different angle and zooming level by render server (6) with picture processing technology of render server algorithm (7) running on render server (6) and placing close-up pictures into the broadest angle photo and generating zooming in and zooming out video, performing render operation and producing final outputs,

• transmission of picture outputs generated by render server (6) to main server (8) storing outputs in a main server database (9),

• storing the pictures transmitted to main server (8) in main server database (9) in a manner allowing access to users and by main server (8) by means of the main server algorithm (10) and creation of connection links,

• accessing to and/or sharing in social media the related pictures by users through connection to main server (8) over a tablet computer (11) having tablet algorithm (12) running thereon,

• control of proper performance of all streaming, o if stream not completed, re-transmission of raw pictures to render server (6), o finishing action if stream is completed. by close-up selfie algorithm (4) running on minicomputer (3).

3. A panoramic souvenir picture method according to claim 2, characterized by comprising the process step of generating photo taking command on tablet computer (11) in the ticket mode providing access to produced picture by ticket number and/or QR code.

4. A panoramic souvenir picture method according to claim 2 characterized by comprising process step of generating photo taking command produced on tablet computer (11) in e- mail mode providing submission of produced picture to e-mail address of user.

A panoramic souvenir picture method according to claim 2, characterized by comprising process step of transmission of pictures sent from minicomputer (3) to render server (6) together with ticket number or e-mail address data depending on broadest angle picture, close angle picture, mini computer (3) mac id and shooting mode.

6. A panoramic souvenir picture method according to claim 2, characterized by comprising process step of storing all location data in the system, minicomputer (3) access addresses, if any, ticket information and all operation records in said main server database (9).

7. A panoramic souvenir picture method according to claim 2 or claim 3, characterized by comprising process step of access of user to pictures stored in main server (8) by being read of QR code and/or entering ticket number from access web site over tablet computer (11).

8. A panoramic souvenir picture method according to claim 7, characterized by comprising process step of offering downloading/sending video via e-mail/sharing video in social media options over access web site.

9. A panoramic souvenir picture method according to claim 2 or claim 4, characterized by comprising process step of entering e-mail address by which the user intends to send the video over tablet computer (11 ).

10. A panoramic souvenir picture method according to claim 2, characterized by comprising process steps of • taking user’s photo in front of a green curtain by triggering of all cameras (1) and camera lenses (2) in the system by close-up selfie algorithm (4) simultaneously,

• removal of the green background view in the photos taken in front of the green curtain by render server (6) and placing it into the broadest angle background picture taken before and thus generating zoom-in and zoom-out video, conducting render operation and realization of final outputs.

Description:
PANORAMIC SOUVENIR PHOTO SYSTEM AND METHOD TECHNICAL FIELD

Invention relates to a system and a method enabling visitors to take souvenir photo by zooming themselves in panoramic photo of the visited place.

The invention particularly relates to a system and method zooming area where the person taking souvenir photo is, producing high resolution video of shooting by means of zoom in/out effect at real time and offering the video to person in digital form by taking panoramic photo of the visited place.

PRESENT STATE OF ART

Today, people visiting historical, touristic, etc. resorts wish to take souvenir pictures in order to picture the memory of that day. In the prior art, souvenir picture is taken in front of a green curtain in touristic places in particular commercially. Then, various views of the place are inserted into the picture taken in front of the green curtain. In addition, shooting made by use of a part of place as background is also a known method in the prior art. Besides to taking photos, souvenir videos are shot by use of video cameras and offered to visitors in digital format, however there is no system capable to produce high resolution video shot by use of zoom in/out of a frozen moment at real time.

When literature search is made, the utility model application numbered TR2017/04305 is encountered. The system discloses an ATM type landscape photo automat capable to work in indoor and outdoor ambience. The system takes real time photo of scene in front of the machine with operator or without operator optionally. The system runs with money/ coin/ ticket/ credit card and a predefined time is given to user for taking pose. Taken photos are printed and offered to user. The system does not have a solution providing submission of photos to users in digitally. In addition, it is not possible to produce a high-resolution video made by zooming in/out of real time moment.

In conclusion, it has been necessary to invent a novelty in the related art for the above- mentioned issues not having been solved in the light of the prior art.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION This invention relates a panoramic souvenir photo system and method in order to eliminate above mentioned disadvantages and provide new advantages in the related art.

Main purpose of the invention is to develop a system and method zooming area where the person taking souvenir photo is, producing high resolution video of shooting by means of zoom in/out effect at real time and offering the video to person in digital form by taking panoramic photo of the visited place.

Another purpose of the invention is to provide a system and method capable to display high resolution close-up photos in a frozen moment different from taking zoomed picture by zooming in a video shooting.

Another purpose of the invention is to provide a system and method capable to shoot video and submit it to visitor in digital format besides taking photo.

Another purpose of the invention is to provide a system and method capable to generate sliding effect in digital medium by combining more than one photo and obtain final video in this way.

In order to achieve all purposes mentioned above and to be understood better with the details given below, the invention is a panoramic souvenir photo system enabling visitors to take souvenir photo by zooming to themselves in panoramic photo of the visited place. Accordingly; the system comprises;

• at least one camera taking photo of environment,

• at least one camera lens providing adjustment of desired angle, proximity level and focus point according to place where system will be placed,

• a minicomputer connected to said cameras and by means of the close-up selfie algorithm thereon, controlling the opening and picture taking trigger of the cameras, providing taking photo by one or more than one cameras simultaneously when request for taking photo is received, recording log data of operation stages and sending them to related component(s), transmitting taken pictures to related component(s) with picture information,

• modem providing internet connection for said minicomputer,

• render server receiving the pictures with picture information sent from said minicomputer, creating zooming in and zooming out video by means of render server algorithm thereon, conducting render operation and transmitting prepared pictures to related component(s),

• main server storing pictures transmitted from said render server by means of main server algorithm thereon, enabling accessibility to pictures over internet and sharing the accessed pictures in social media,

• main server database wherein all locations in the system, minicomputer access data, video access addresses, information generated based on photo taking mode and records of all processes are stored,

• tablet computer providing connection of user to said main server and by means of the tablet algorithm installed thereon o providing remote triggering of the cameras o providing access to pictures / downloading pictures / sharing pictures via main server depends on the mode in which users take selfie, o previewing of pictures taken by the cameras, o enabling remote starting/ restarting or shutting down the minicomputer, o controlling whether or not the system operates properly, access to the cameras, triggering of the camera, processes of the render server loading and/or the main server loading.

Our Invention also relates a panoramic souvenir picture method enabling visitors to take souvenir photo by zooming themselves in panoramic photo of the visited place. According to this, the method comprises process steps of

• watching live video of proximity angle cameras via a tablet computer with tablet algorithm running thereon by users and generating command of taking photo,

• transmission of generated command to minicomputer and shooting one or more than one photo of related place by triggering of all camera and camera lenses by means of close-up selfie algorithm running on minicomputer simultaneously,

• transmission of pictures and picture data by minicomputer to render server conducting picture processing and render processes by means of close-up selfie algorithm over modem providing internet connection, • taking raw pictures of more than one different angle and zooming level by render server with picture processing technology of render server algorithm running on render server and placing close-up pictures into the broadest angle photo and generating zooming in and zooming out video, performing render operation and producing final outputs or placing the closest plan picture taken in front of the green curtain into pictures taken before,

• transmission of picture outputs generated by render server to main server storing outputs in a main server database,

• creation of connection links and storing the pictures transmitted to main server in main server database in a manner allowing access to users by main server by means of the main server algorithm,

• accessing to and/or sharing in social media the related pictures by users through connection to main server over a tablet computer having tablet algorithm running thereon,

• controlling of proper performance of all streaming, o if stream not completed, re-transmission of raw pictures to render server, o if stream is completed, finishing action by close-up selfie algorithm running on minicomputer

In order to make the embodiment and additional members being subject of the present invention as well as the advantages clearer for better understanding, it should be assessed with reference to the fallowing described figures.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

In this detailed description, novelty being subject of this invention has been disclosed solely for the purpose of better understanding of the subject and with samples described in a manner not causing any restrictive effect. Invention is a panoramic souvenir picture system enabling visitors to take souvenir photo by zooming themselves in panoramic photo of the visited place.

A schematic view of the system disclosed under the invention is given in Figure 1. Accordingly; the system comprises at least one camera (1) taking photo of environment, at least one camera lens (2) providing adjustment of desired angle, proximity level and focus point according to place where system will be placed, a mini computer (3) connected to said cameras (1) and by use of the close-up selfie algorithm (4) thereon, controlling the opening and picture taking trigger of the cameras (1), providing taking photo by one or more than one cameras (1) simultaneously when request for taking photo is received, recording log data of operation stages and sending them to related component(s), transmitting taken pictures to related component(s) with picture information, modem (5) providing internet connection for said mini computer (3), render server (6) receiving the pictures together with picture information sent from said mini computer (3), creating zooming in and zooming out video by means of render server algorithm (7) thereon, conducting render operation and transmitting prepared pictures to related component(s), main server (8) storing pictures transmitted from said render server (6) by means of main server algorithm (10) provided thereon, enabling accessibility to pictures over internet and sharing the accessed pictures in social media, main server database (9) wherein all locations in the system, mini computer (3) access data, video access addresses, information generated based on photo taking mode and records of all processes are stored, tablet computer (11) providing connection of user to said main server (8) and by means of tablet algorithm (12) installed thereon, providing remote triggering of cameras (1), providing access to pictures / downloading pictures / sharing pictures via main server (8) depends on the mode in which users take selfie, previewing of pictures taken by cameras (1), enabling remote starting/restarting or shutting down mini computer (3), controlling whether or not system operates properly, access to cameras (1), triggering of the camera, processes of the render server (6) loading and/or main server (8) loading.

Operating principle of the system is as follows:

In a preferred embodiment of the system, selfie taking in locations can be made in two different modes, namely, ticket or e-mail mode. a. Ticket mode Photo taking: If ticket photo taking is made in locations, access web site, ticket number and a QR code on the ticket. If user wishes, s/he can access her/his video by means of ticket number or QR code on the ticket read by tablet computer (11) comprising tablet algorithm (12) by visiting web site. The page where video is accessed has options to share in social media, download and send mail. b. E-mail: Before or after shooting, e-mail address is entered over tablet computer (11) whereon tablet algorithm (12) is running and picture is transmitted via user’s e-mail address.

Users generate photo taking command by watching live videos from close angle cameras (1) from tablet computers (11) whereon tablet algorithm (12) runs. The generated photo taking command is transmitted to minicomputer (3). All cameras (1) and camera lenses (2) provided in the system are simultaneously triggered by means of close-up selfie algorithm (4) running on minicomputer (3) and one or more than one photo of location is taken. Pictures shot by minicomputer (3) and picture data are transmitted to render server (6) conducting picture processing and render processes over modem (5) providing internet connection by means of close-up selfie algorithm (4). Pictures sent from minicomputer (3) to render server (6) are transmitted together with ticket number or e-mail address data depending on broad angle picture, close angle picture, minicomputer (3) mac id and shooting mode. Each location has a specific template. Pictures are displayed holistically located inside each other in the template. Render server algorithm (7) running on render server (6) receives raw picture at more than one different angle and zooming level by means of picture processing technology and locates zoomed in shot pictures in the broadest angle pictures and generates zooming in and zooming out video, performs render operation and produces final outputs. Picture outputs produced by render server (6) are transmitted to main server (8). Main server (8) stores the pictures transmitted to it in the main server database (9) together with all location data in the system, mini computer (3) access addresses, if any, ticket information and all process logs in a manner enabling access of users through main server algorithm (10), and generates connection links of pictures. The related pictures can be accessed and/or shared by users in social media through connection to main server (8) via a tablet computer (11) having tablet algorithm (12) running thereon. If shooting is made by a ticket, user gets QR code read from tablet computer (11) and/or enters ticket number and thus can access the video. The page where video is accessed has options to share in social media, download and send mail. If e-mail mode is active, video is sent to the user by mail address from which s/he has logged. Close-up selfie algorithm (4) running on minicomputer (3) controls proper performance of all streaming. If stream not completed, raw pictures are re-transmitted to render server (6). Action is completed if stream is completed.

As a result of all of those actions, a souvenir photo is produced in a time shorter than 10 seconds and delivered to the user.

In another embodiment of the invention, in order to avoid difficulties particularly encountered in panorama shooting in winter, all cameras (1) and camera lenses (2) in the system are triggered by close -up selfie algorithm (4) simultaneously and user’s photo is also taken in front of the green curtain. Said render server (6) removes the green background view in the photos taken in front of the green curtain and places the photo into the broadest angle background picture taken before and thus generates zoom-in and zoom-out video. Then, render operation is performed via render server (6) and final outputs are produced. Final outputs are recorded in main server database (9) in a manner allowing access of users by means of main server algorithm (10) running on main server (8) as described above. Thus, method of taking photo in front of the green curtain of former related art is improved and can be used in the new related art.
